Your card is really old (6 yrs to be precise), and most likely doesn't support pixel shading, though I am not sure. In any case, playing NFS Carbon on your card is really not worth it. It probably won't even run. I suggest you either consider an upgrade or play some older games.

This can be done in the display properties, you'll need to right click on the desktop and then open properties look around in there and you shouldfind what your looking for.

i have a 64 mb geforce4 graphics card, i don't know how to figure out if it does pixel shading or is there even a way to figure this out, i have a game(need for speed carbon) and i have having problems getting into the game and i looked it up and some people say the graphics card has to have pixel shading so can anyone help me??k thanks i will look into it
