A new model of graphics card manufacturer Sapphire comes with 512 MB of memory in the type DDR II, PCI Express 2.0 bus standard and advanced content support for Blu-Ray Disc and HD DVD. It is called Radeon HD 3450 and the truth does not incorporate a graphics processor is highly efficient. The system has the RAMDAC. Among the main features of this graphics card of course there is the processor, a GPU that is called ATI Radeon HD 3450 and which in turn is to name the same model at least in its first part. Other abbreviations must be rather to indicate the amount of memory available and the nature thereof. A separate chapter is related to operating speed. In fact, the graphics processor can run at up to 600 MHz while the memory is clocked at up to 1000 MHz (about 1 GHz). We can therefore say that although ultimately has a great memory, the unit still provides good performance with regard to the processor. Value amounted to 512 Mb of memory that the Sapphire Radeon HD 3450 graphics adapter offers, below the usual standard. The type of this memory is DDR2 then the operation with 64-Bit.
The less positive side of Sapphire Radeon HD 3450 512 MB DDR II shall be the amount of onboard memory, which reaches 512 MB DDR with type II, putting to the average level compared to the category. The bus used for connecting with the motherboard is much advanced, it is the PCI-Express 2.0 16x. The system operates at 400 MHz RAMDAC while of less interest are the other operating speeds of 1000 MHz and the frequency of memory and 600 Mhz processor for embedded chart. There are TV out, DVI and VGA, but lacks the HDMI. Handling two monitors simultaneously, compatible with four different Microsoft operating systems, a number of supported video formats, the ability to play content from HD DVD or Blu-Ray Disc. They are the most appealing aspects of the new graphics card manufacturer Sapphire, which is called Radeon HD 3450 512 MB DDR II.
