Thread: Webcam help

I have a built in webcam on my Toshiba laptop. Using Windows 7.

I am trying to use it but it is saying it is use by another device. I can't seem to find out which device it is. Is there a way to find out which device is using it? And if so, by turning that device off?

The driver works. When I restart my computer, it'll work for the first program. But, when I try to use another one after Xing out of the one in use, it comes up with that message.

Where would I find the driver? And/or how to update it?

Also, the question I originally hasn't been answered yet: How can I see what device is using it?
