    Default Dead hard drive

    Hello.
I was in the business of asking a friend talking about when a customer came asking him to make a backup of your pc ultra mini ATX (about as small a box as a play station) because it was a challenge and I wanted to temperature change. Then turn on the machine and it works fine. My friend turned off the pc, you remove the power cord from the power source, remove the hard drive, put it on your machine and no slave was recognized by the bios.

Change the jumper, honest and does not work. I came to ride the machine and was not served. I tested on other pc and the conclusion was: The hard disk is damaged at any moment!

A logic that is looking just like to test it, because he discovered that a chip on the logic board was burned. What no one explained it was like to burn chip....

Do the same step. From time to time my disc KGO Maxtor ATA 133 80GB 8MB buffer. He was just over a month of use. How terrible, is not reaching back all the info. I get the logic. But where? In the shop have no bad record. Would have to buy another album like? Do the transfusion, and keep the new one to guarantee delivery.
