Thread: How to diagnose HDD

Hey all!

Tell us what allows you correctly diagnose the hard drives of different manufacturers with different interfaces? I.e. Identify Bad-sector, to assess the status of SMART, the speed of read / write, etc. and the diagnoses and how hard drives NIX, if not secret?

Each manufacturer has a freely available utility company for the relevant purposes.
