    Default Hard disk UDMA 2

System: Win XP Prof SP2; screw Hitachi HDS722516VLAT80, d850emv2. The mother and the screw supports UDMA Mode 5, but I have a screw working in UDMA mode 2, although the BIOS all OK is determined (screw UDMA 5, 80 pin tail). On the Microsoft site, I found a description of the problem type a meter error is and if it exceeds 6 errors, the screw dropped into a lower mode. Many programs are loaded slowly! I have a system from Intel, it is recommended accelerator latest Intel Application Accelerator, the latest all wood, even tried to use the standard, but in all cases the treatment does not change (UDMA 2)! Help, please, I broke his head, even reinstall the system again, formatted the disk! Found a similar problem, where people decide through the registry, I also added, but the result has not changed. What can that be?

Clear that the problem is hardware, and probably relates to errors in reading data from memory controller HDD. Most often this occurs because of a power failure memory subsystem and input - output. Can capacitors (with a mean whole) have lost capacity? If so, the road board, replace the capacitors on it. Even worse is certainly not to be.

Just arrived from his uncle, he was an engineer; he said that all the elements in order. I'm just in shock! By the way I found a few forums where people decide my break. For example in the institute also dropped the screw in udma2, and does not want to work in udma5. By the way, I downloaded yesterday from Hitachi for my disk verification, which works with the disk through DOS; this program showed that the disc works in udma5, but again, only WINDOWS udma2.
