    Default Seagate hard drive

    Hello!

I here just recently occurred such a problem ... All files and folders can not be opened, i.e. writes about the following "No disk access, or file corrupted "and I want to note that for all corrupted files and folders, but it has not yet been of my journey through screws, Windows XP, I suggested to check the disk on which I happily agreed! Naturally, he told me that without restarting the system it can not verify the screw, I restarted and it is not only that it did not check the DAC; it also removed it with my eye sight. And now I do not even I can go to it!

I have 2 screws (on the old one is windows and it works smoothly (no bugs)). Motherboard I have a Gigabyte GA-8SR533P Windows XP professional. I already went to the people who is the latest BIOS, and thus the 200gb drives are supported, but the problem of the screw is not shown but if you look in Device Manager, there will be written that the device works perfectly normal!

What should I do? What should I do? I kept it very important ... how can something you can get it?

Bring the device in the warranty department investigate.

I have almost the same problem hard drive I purchased at another store, old 160GB Seagate Barracuda WIND (sp1) I am standing on the other screw, first everything worked well, but when Seagate about 120, began the incomprehensible, all the folders that I created later could not be removed, transported and even copied when you try to go to them, says that there is no access ....

I tried out for the Recovery Console - the same old folders work fine the most interesting thing is that the doctor sees the new web folder and all its contents to every file!

I tried to re-connect windsurfing, put the screw in the other companies including sp2 ... the same result.
