Other World Computing (OWC) freshly launches the 1TB On-The-Go Pro external hard disk, which is based on Western Digital (WD) Scorpio Blue 2.5-inch SATA hard disk. The hard drive has a 5200ROM drive revolving speed with 8MB cache memory.

Three versions are currently obtainable, the USB (OWCMSU25T1GB8) model, the USB/FireWire 400 with dual interface model (OWCMS4U5T1GB8) as well as the triple interface model (OWCMS8U5T1GB8) with USB, FireWire 400 with FireWire 800. The former is outfitted with JMicron 20339 USB 2.0 chipset while the later on two gets Oxford FireWire/USB chipset.
