Follow the given steps for creating a NTFS Boot Disk.

• Insert a blank floppy disk. If it is contain any data, right-click the disk icon in "My Computer" and select "Format."
• Insert the Windows XP installation CD disc. Open "My Computer," >>right-click the Windows XP CD icon >>select "Open." This displays all of the contents of the installation disk.
• Open the I386 folder. disappear this folder open and return to "My Computer." open the disk window.
• Click-and-drag the "NTLDR" and "NTDETET.com" files from the I386 folder into the floppy disk window.
• Start Notepad ("Start," "All Programs>>Accessories>> "Notepad." In the blank document type:

  timeout=30
  Default= multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)Windows
  [operating systems]
  multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\windows="<Oper atingSystems>"
• Click "File" and "Save As." When the save window appears select the 3 1/2 floppy disk as the save location and name the file Boot.ini. Once the file is saved you have finished creating the NTFS boot disk.
