Hard disks rapidly block on laptop or occasionally drives are not big sufficient to begin with. If you would like to change hard disk then follow the steps given below.

Instructions

• If laptop is in warranty then changing hard disk canceled the warranty. Check laptop's company to be sure.

• See manual for correct method to change hard drive.

• Delete unwanted files from old hard disk. Back up all data. Run "Disk Defrag" on old hard disk. This makes transfer procedure quicker.

• Ensure new hard disk is similar size and shape as old then attaches it with USB. Execute software which move files from one hard disk to other and check all files.

• Take out hard disk from laptop.

• Change old hard drive with new. Ensure that connectors are safe.

• Turn on laptop and ensure that OS and all files are functioning properly.
