Now I installed AMD Phenom II X2 550 Black Edition on my system but problem is when I start PC it hangs for about 5 to 8 minute and become unsteady and get beeps from CPU. So can anyone help me to solve this problem?

Check that all cooling fans of system are working well mainly CPU fan. Clean all fan and heatsink vigilantly, CPU overheating may be caused by bad airflow.
