Instructions
• Access size of files you want for taking backup. Files having graphics sound and videos take up more space than simple text file.
• Plan the future needs and think about space required accordingly.
• Select exterior drive of 40 GB or more to save large data backups and connect it to PC.
• Choose data you crave for backup. Manage data into folders. Economic data, photos and song can form precedence data for backup.
• Attach drive to PC and utilize drag and drop alternatives for taking backup.
• Take out drive after appropriately ejecting it.
• Maintain external drive away from place where you have PC when completed. If PC damaged because of any unexpected cause, then all data secure in external hard drive. It minimizes risk of data loss.
