Default Start up disk is filled

When I work on system it says start up disk is full. I don’t have photos or music on my PC. I included extra memory and still it shows that disk is full. So please help me to solve this problem. Any help will be appreciated.

    Default

Including extra memory won’t do anything for full hard disk. Start up disk is the disk where OS or application is installed on it. This generally C: drive so check the space remaining on it. You must run disk clean-up utility to free up space by removing temporary files that window generates and do not delete.
