Wiping a PC Hard Drive?

Give me solution for this. What steps will be desirable.

Press "Start" button. Right hit "Computer." Choose "Manage" from drop-down menu. The PC Management window will open. Press "Storage" icon in the left-hand pane. Choose "Disk Management" icon. Right hit the drive you desire to format. Choose the "Format" option from the drop-down menu. The Format window will open. If you are content with the default settings, press "OK." Verification will open asking if you are sure you desire to delete the data on the drive. Press "OK."
