Thread: Unable to sense Internal Hard drive

I desktop computer with windows XP operating system but problem is it doesn’t detecting hard drive attached to it. Because of this I am not able to start system, when I start system it shows error as boot device not found. I am not able to understand why this is happening. Kindly help me with all possible solutions to get rid of this situation.

Try to start your machine in safe mode and see that it is starting or not. If it is begin then there issue is related with OS. Try to run system restore on date and time on which system is running suitably in safe mode.

It would even be the setting problem in bios please check it whether hard drive is enabled or disabled mode if it is disabled make it enabled.
