I lately purchase a Compaq notebook. Compaq Presario C740EM.Its acquires many of Clayware of it. It’s got Windows Vista Home Premium on my note book it, will It canceled my warrantees if I format my hard drive and put Windows Vista Ultimate on it? Please give some help.

I have problem is I didn't acquire any disks with my notebook. Is there any techque I can apply for the disks? By through phone or website?
