Default Question about size of external drive.

I'm thinking to purchase an Ext Hard drive. I have also read that anything more than 1Tb is not unchanging and would not be a long runner. I'm requiring my drive to be running for always.

Hard drive is changeable because it's 1TB in size is undignified. Only purchase which ever size you require. They all usually last about the same amount of time.
There are enough of drives bigger than 2TB on the market.

Purchasing a hard drive brings behaving homework. Find out what amount of storage you’re going to fill up 1TB, 1.2TB, etc. It's actually looks on the amount you use for files, programs, pictures, music, movies, etc it assumes designing and regrouping your budget and think 3 to 5 years from now.

I've believed purchasing a heavy hard drive earlier now but determined against it just because i knew i wouldn't fill the drive immediate enough. By the time I'd filled 5TB it'd be night-night for the drive anyway It’s decidedly something to believe when purchasing a fresh hard drive.

My laptop of 60 GB hard drive is having less than 1 GB free space.

My major use will be to store books, video tutorials, recorded tutorials from internet movies and several songs, applications and pictures.

The cause I inquired this question is I had read that 2Tb WD Ext hard drive were having problems when established in market. My modern 1Tb is like two years former and showed no problems.

You should simply go with your requires. The future waves of the market's present largest drive will forever be a little incorrect.

I have 1TB external drive and its some months previous, functioning well no problems at all. And you should choose the drive with your requires.
