Thread: Hard drive dock

Hello friends, I have a hard drive with little information. I abstracted it up to a hard drive dock and it shows but at times it loses connection and then every which way linked back again and I am having the drive in "My Computer". I don’t hear any clicking can i run the hard drive along with sufficient image? Thanks in advance!!!

Have you attempted to image it? What are you using to image it?

I did not attempt as I'm afraid to leave it attached. I am planning to use a program, I feel is called XML Image or same comes with hiren's boot cd and has operated fine on "working" drives in the past.
