Hello friends, When we uninstall any type of software through the add/remove from CP correctly so does it really remove away the data off the HDD and write zero's to the sectors? Thanks in advance!

Hi, No it does not remove.

It only deletes the files, and the action of deleting just checks the sectors as "free" and operational, but the data that fills up those files is technically still there until they are overwritten.

I want to know that installing and uninstalling much software’s and games on the similar drive.

No may be there may be file fragmentation, but its results are usually minor.
