You can set up the windows xp and Linux on similar repel or on different repel. I suggested utilize a portable repel for other one. Simply boot as we are doing commonly and take the back-up of informations, and then proceed for set up another running system. One fault as installation can lead to miss the information. You can set up the both running system on similar hard repel also but on unlike partition. And go for set up .

You require to install set up running system, but on unlike hard repel, then not to worry. The hard repels on which you require to set up the Operating system put it in a master and withdraw the other one yet the installation process gets finish. You can set up Linux or windows as first and then proceed for other single it’s up to you. Make sure that the jumper setting of master and slave is right. Now set up both hard repel as master and slave, you will be able to select running system which you require to utilize.

Converting a one disk-repel notebook machine into a dual-boot Windows XP/Ubuntu Linux system needs advance planning and careful performance of more sequences of levels. Still, the advantage of being able to boot either Windows or Linux on a portable system, and to share information among the two, is well worth the effort for individual who operate in both realms. When you maintaining the partition size. Consider window NTFS division for window, Linux ext3 partition for Linux.
