Western Digital Passport is ideal for anyone that needs to share large files without resorting to a whole stack of rewritable DVDs. It is clad in a dark and light blue colour plastic type casing. The drive powers itself from the USB port and is easily detected once attached to the system. The build quality of the drive seemed to be average. Certainly not better than the Maxtor OneTouch 4 Mini. The drive comes pre-loaded with Western Digital Sync software that lets you sync up your Outlook or Windows Mail email accounts as well as specific file types including Office and Media.
