The MiniQ was normally was simple to handle. I first installed the CPU, a2.4GHz P4B, using the black thermal paste that came with the MiniQ.
Second to go was the RAM. This process is a bit difficult in comparison to installing the CPU as, with PSU in place, there’s very les space to work with.
And also, with the RAM in place, it blocks off the whole side of the CPU heatsink.
After that was an 80GB Seagate Barracuda HDD. The HDD cage sleeps in and out and is fixed 1 screw. The DVD drive is installed by sliding it in front. It is fixed by screws on each side. This is the simplest part to install.
The power cables are pre-connected in their correct places, making it simple to complete installing drives.
Eventually, the PCI and AGP sockets are fixed using one metal plate screw.
