Using Windows Help and Support Center to Configure and Troubleshoot Hardware

Window XP offers a tool called the Help and maintain Center. Using this software learns about things such as set up security, learn on customize your pc, setting up links and setting up many type of hardware.

If you need to figure out how configure a hardware device find out why one is not work it is a good place to start. You can also learn how to check hardware design and keep your pc up to date.

It offers articles and tutorials on topic such as hardware profiles, and Plug and Play devices. It also offers a on just about every hardware device you can imagine as well as Windows keyboard shortcuts to get work done faster.

You can also get a listing of tools to help you troubleshoot troubles and get an overview of the power where you will run these tools from.

The Help and Support Center will also do scan of your system to check items such as your network settings and check the type of hardware and software.

To access this tool go to Start and then Help and carry and then connect on the Hardware link on the lower left.
