Taking pictures from a swivel camera is no different than taking from any digital camera. A swivel camera is just a camera with capability to flip the preview screen around to the front of the camera thus you can take self pictures a little simpler. Example of swivel camera is PowerShot 1650. This model is created by Canon and looks like a normal digital camera only it has swivel capability.
Instructions
Interfacing with the camera

Attach camera to PC by given USB cable that was packaged with camera when you purchased it. Most cameras now have their own cable that meant to attach with a particular camera model. An alternating way of interfacing with PC is to take out memory card from camera and put it into a card reader attached to PC.

Exit out of any auto-play choices that come up on screen. Go to "My Computer" and below "Devices with Removable Storage" you get list of camera. Double tick on your camera and pictures will be in a folder labeled something like "DCIM."
3. Step 3
Press the right button on mouse and highlight all pictures you want to remove of folder. Free the right button when pictures are highlighted, and on menu that appears pick "Copy" or "Cut". Pick "Copy" if desire to leave pictures on camera, and pick "Cut" if pictures should be taken off camera after transferred them to PC.
4. Step 4
Find a storage position on PC that you want pictures to be place in. A better place is "My Pictures" folder. Go to that folder and right tick somewhere in blank space. Then choose "Paste" and whether you chosen "Copy" or "Cut" pictures will be moved to this folder.
