X-Plorer Controller first shown in 2007 and was integrated with Microsoft Xbox 360 edition of "Guitar Hero 2," the initial game in series to show on Xbox 360. The essential five button worry, play and whammy bar system can be utilized on Windows PCs when playing "Frets on Fire" and other controller based games. Installing controller takes less than a minute on XP and Vista.
Instructions
1. Step 1
Connect the X-Plorer Controller's USB cable into an accessible USB port on PC.
2. Step 2
Windows must automatically notice the controller and install necessary hardware drivers.
3. Step 3
Go to "Start" once "Installing new hardware" icon vanishes from task bar.
4. Step 4
Choose "Control Panel." Tick on "Classic View".
5. Step 5
Double tick on "System" and tick on "Device Manager".
6. Step 6
Locate "Microsoft Common Controller for Windows Class." Enlarge the type by ticking on "+."
7. Step 7
Start "Xbox 360 Controller for Windows" entry. Tick on "Driver" tab.
8. Step 8
Tick on "Update Driver." Permit Windows to "Search Automatically."
9. Step 9
Shut the X-plorer Controller window after Windows updates to most recent driver.
