Video Graphics Array (VGA) and generally utilized at a video port on PC that monitors attach to. The VGA port is a serial port created of a sequence of pins. Though VGA port is created particularly for PC monitors, it is likely to attach the port to a video screen by yellow RCA cable. There is not going to be any audio from VGA to RCA connection as no audio is emitted from VGA port.

Instructions

1. Step 1

Attach VGA end of adapter to VGA serial port on PC. This end of adapter probably has small screws on either side of device to help firmly fasten itself to PC.

2. Step 2

Connect a yellow RCA cable to yellow RCA port on adapter. This yellow port is intended for transmit video signal from PC to any device you connect it into, like monitor or video projector.

3. Step 3

Attach conflicting end of yellow RCA cable to "Video In" on rear of a TV or projector.

4. Step 4

Power on television or projector and fine-tune the display setting to "Video." In a while you can observe all of contents of PC usually shown on a monitor.
