Instructions

1. Step 1

Take out plastic cap from flash drive and put in metal plug into a USB port on PC.

2. Step 2

Open contents of flash drive. You can view contents of drive on a Windows PC by ticking drive's symbol on desktop, opening Windows Explorer and choosing drive from menu on screen or ticking "My Computer" on Control Panel and double ticking flash drive on list of available disk drives. In Mac PC, "Removable Disk" symbol will automatically show on desktop; double tick icon to access flash drive.

3. Step 3

Files can be included or deleted from flash drive by dragging and dropping them from source to destination folder. Also copy or cut files from their source folder and paste to destination folder.

4. Step 4

Disable flash drive earlier than taking out from PC. In Windows PC, left tick on "Safely Remove Hardware" on desktop and left tick the flash drive. Also double-tick "Safely Remove Hardware" icon, choose flash drive from window shown and tick "Stop" on window. On a Mac PC, drag flash drive's icon into trash folder.

5. Step 5

Take out flash drive from USB port and change plastic cap.
