DVDs undergo from results of time. They get scratched and thrown like Frisbees. This is why it's a better thought to know how to back up movies the way you back up music or personal data.

Instructions

1. Step 1

Open DVD in DVDShrink. Click "Open Disc." Choose DVD drive. Click "OK."

2. Step 2

Choose "Main Movie" in DVD formation menu. Remain compression settings at
"Automatic." In audio sector, uncheck audio tracks that won't require. This leaves extra space for good movie quality.

3. Step 3

Click "Backup." Set end device to "Hard Disk Folder."

4. Step 4

Choose a destination folder by going to place on hard drive where you want compressed movie to be situated. Click "OK" to start backup process.

5. Step 5

Put in a blank DVD-R and start ImgBurn.

6. Step 6

Choose "Write Files/Folders to Disc" below "Information" tab. Choose folders made in earlier step as source. Below "Options" tab, ensure that "File System" is set to ISO 9660 + UDF. Below "Labels" tab, give DVD a name.

7. Step 7

Click "Burn."
