"Input Not Supported" Error Message


1. Acer PC monitors like G24 issue an "Input Not Supported" error message when users set display resolution high. The G24's maximum display resolution is 1920x1200 with a 60Hz refresh rate. Maximum resolutions differ to particular monitor and capabilities of video card.

"Input Out of Range"


2. Few Acer PC monitors report an "Input out of Range" error message because of wrongly set monitor refresh rates. Like display resolution, every monitor also has particular monitor refresh rates with which it is well-suited.
Blank Screen or "No Signal" Error

3. Acer PC monitors aspect color-coded power indicator lights. If power indicator light is green, contrast or brightness levels set too low and must be changed by OnScreen Display. If this does not remove monitor of a black screen, the monitor facing hardware failure.
