Eye strain can be a severe problem when you use PC. Putting force on eyes can cause all kinds of problems containing headaches and reduced visualization. Luckily there are many steps you can take to decrease eye strain when you watch at a PC screen all day.
Instructions
1. Step 1
Ensure that eyes are in good working order at least once a year. Have a complete eye exam to test for basic disorders like glacoma and prebyopia. An exam must ensure that exact any basic vision problems. If you want glasses ensure that you obtain them.
2. Step 2
Reduce lighting in room. You must ensure that room is appropriately lit. A room must have sufficient light so that you can see screen but not much light so that you get glare. Glare will make it difficult to see PC screen. Overhead lighting in not direct place is perfect for this reason.
3. Step 3
Mount an anti-glare screen. This decreases amount of light coming from a PC screen. Utilize an anti-glare screen that fits on top of monitor to help lessen eye strain when reading. You can buy one for below $100 that will do work.
4. Step 4
Maintain eye muscles in good working order when working on PC to help avoid floaters and muscle fatique. Look away from PC screen after every 20 minutes for some seconds. Focus on a remote object at least 20 feet away to help exercise eye's distance muscles.
