A Memory Stick is a kind of storage device that permits you to save almost any kind of file, so long as Memory Stick is big enough to hold it. Instructions

1. Step 1

Find memory card reader on PC. Put in Memory Stick into reader. If PC is older and does not have a memory card reader, you want a USB card reader. Memory Stick connects to USB card reader, and USB card reader to a USB slot. USB is utilized for communicating between external devices and PC.

2. Step 2

Double click to open "My Computer." This is usually placed on desktop. The Memory Stick will show up as a drive if it was effectively detected on PC. Drive letters vary between PCs, so search for drive that was recently included. Double-click to open.

3. Step 3

Open the folder that has music you want to set on Memory Stick. Good way to do this is to go to "Start" menu, right click and click "Explore." Search the folder where you saved music and click. Its contents must now show in right pane. If you are using a Mac, utilize "Spotlight" search function in upper right corner.

4. Step 4

Go back to left window and search for Memory Stick drive. Go to right window and paste music files into drive.

5. Step 5

Detach Memory Stick from PC after it is completed. You want to right tick on drive picture and tick "Safely remove storage device".

Put in Memory Stick into playback or further tool.
