As playing video games on internet, most people will utilize video game controllers like keypads or joysticks to play their games. Though, there may come a time when a user has to upgrade to a different, more powerful controller. When that time occurs, they want to alter controllers on PC. Luckily, this is a simple matter.

Instructions

1. Step 1

Shut down any games or other programs using controller that are now active on PC.

2. Step 2

Take out controller from PC by detaching port. If you want to take out controller from PC by "My Computer" or Control Panel, do that first.

3. Step 3

Attach new PC controller to PC. If old PC controller and latest one allocate similar connection type, you may attach new controller to port that old one was attached to.
