Previous to age of digital cameras and long before electronic displays of household images, you had to present images by slide projector if you required showcasing photos to other persons. This is no longer case, but you may have many old slides sitting in a box, gathering dust. Fortunately, images do not want to be gone and can be efficient to a digital format and utilized on new PCs.
Instructions
1. Step 1
Attach slide scanner to PC. Many slide scanners have a cable that put into any USB port.
2. Step 2
Tick "Start," next "All Programs" and "Accessories." Choose "Scanner and Camera Image Upload."
3. Step 3
Put in initial slide in scanner. A new screen appears on desktop with color and size choices. Modify image resolution by ticking "Custom" and choosing DPI you desire. The extra DPIs, bigger image resolution and bigger image file.
4. Step 4
Click "Preview" and PC rapidly scans image to show a preview image of slide.
5. Step 5
Click "Scan" and PC scans slide in complete resolution, creating a digital picture of slide.
