Printers are utilized to print papers created on PC to be printed. Though, if told to do or else, they will print out whole document. If you only want printer to print out some pages, this is a waste of paper, ink, and time. Luckily, you can set up a printer to print pages that you want, and remaining will not print.
Instructions
1. Step 1
Open document that has pages you want to print. Make a note of pages you want to print if document has modified, particularly if it is large document.
2. Step 2
Make use of PCs command to print file. Usually, you can hold CTRL-P or go to File > Print to do this. A window appears with printer information.
3. Step 3
Get "Print Range" box on screen, and tick on "Pages" option.
4. Step 4
Type pages of document you want to print in box beside "Pages." You can separate pages with commas, so it would look 2, 5, 10, or give a print range like "2-5." You can also place a grouping in like "2, 5, 10-15."
5. Step 5
Click on Print button on window. Printer must print pages that you give.
