1. Step 1

Download Hitachi Drive Fitness Test diskette creator for Windows.

2. Step 2

Put in floppy disk in PC and double click downloaded program. Type letter of the floppy drive when prompted by installation program and a bootable disk will be made.

3. Step 3

Reboot PC with floppy disk put in it. The function will load mechanically.

4. Step 4

Read license agreement and tick "I agree." The Drive Fitness Test will then try to detect hard drives in PC. If list is accurate, click "Yes."

5. Step 5
