HP Officejet T series is collected of four different models of multifunction machines that print, fax, and copy. If you do not have appropriate software patches or drivers installed for Officejet printer you may find that it does not work appropriately with OS. Installing a software update for a T series printer is an easy matter of finding right update for particular model and OS.

Instructions

1. Step 1

Observe Resources to access update page for either T45 or T65 Officejet, based on which model you have. Click either top link for standard version or link to the "xi" version if you have "xi" series Officejet.

2. Step 2

Click link related to OS you have, like Windows 98 or XP. Go through the list of accessible updates to see if there is a software patch or only a driver download.

3. Step 3

Press "Download" knob beside software patch if one is accessible for printer model and OS. Double tick file after it has downloaded and follow instructions shown on the screen.

4. Step 4

Go back to updates web page. Click "Download" link beside new driver software available for T series Officejet and OS.

5. Step 5

Double tick driver installations files and follow instructions to update printer.
