If you have two USB printers for particular printing requirements, you do not have to separate one to use other. An A or B switchbox permits you to simply utilize both printers with one PC.

Instructions

Connect the USB Printers to an A/B Switchbox

1. Step 1

Attach the A/B switchbox to PC using any one USB cables. PC will probably have many USB ports. Any of ports will work.

2. Step 2

Choose "A" on switchbox, and attach one printer to "A" port of switchbox using one of remaining USB cables. If this is a new printer, PC mechanically detects it and installs needed drivers.

3. Step 3

Choose "B" on switchbox, and attach other printer to "B" port of switchbox using final USB cable. If this is a new printer, PC mechanically detects it and installs needed drivers.

4. Step 1

Select preferred printer from drop-down list in application's Print Options window.

5. Step 2

Choose preferred printer using A/B switchbox.

6. Step 3

Click "OK" to send print job to chosen printer.
