Creative Sound Blaster X-FI expansion card is intended for high-end sound applications like PC games or watching movies through sound speaker system. As X-FI sound card can be utilized for wide range of applications, it contains a control panel for twisting different audio choices. Earlier than using X-FI card to listen to any audio, organize control panel properly for optimum sound performance.
Instructions
Step 1
Close down audio programs you now have open. Go to "Start" menu and tick "Programs." Choose Sound Blast Audio Console Control Panel.
Step 2
Click "Mode Switcher." Click "Game Mode" choice if you will be playing PC game. Click "Entertainment Mode" if you are listening to audio files or watching a video.
Step 3
Click "OK" to save modification and access "Settings" menu. Click "Speakers" choice.
Step 4
Choose drop-down menu and select kind of speaker setup you have like "7.1 surround" if you have seven speakers and a subwoofer.
Step 5
Click "CMS-3D" button. Click slider symbol and drag it to middle of slide bar if you want surround sound to be distributed evenly between speakers. Drag bar to top or bottom to vary distribution of sound between front and back speakers.
Step 6
Click "Master dimensions" button. tow volume button up or losing to alter volume on PC.
Step 7
Tick headphone icon under volume button if you are listening to sound through headphone. Tick "X" button to save modifications and exit Sound Blast Audio Console Control Panel.
