Facing Problem with HP Photosmart C4680 All-in-One Printer

I am using the HP Photosmart C4680 All-in-One Printer. In my sytem there are two OS such as vista and Windows 7. I am unable to print any documents from the Windows 7 OS whereas this printer is working accurately with the Windows Vista OD without any issue. I so how can i resolve the problem of the HP Photosmart C4680 All-in-One Printer.

1) i will suggest you to check the compatibility of this printer with the Windows 7 OS.

2) Install the software All-in-One Printer suitable with the Windows 7 OS. The software which you are using for the Vista OS will not compatible with the Windows 7 OS. So you will want to download and install another version of the software for the Windows 7 OS.
