There is problem when I connect new graphic card Radeon 9250 that PC Hangs without any reply. This happen frequently when I plays online game. So please help me to solve this problem. Any help would be appreciated.

To sole your problem follow the steps given below:
First uninstall graphics driver from Device manager. Run driver sweeper after reboot. Restart again, and download new drivers and reinstall them.
