Default Due to CPU overheat PC crash

I try to upgrade my old PC. It has Chaintech 7NIF2 mobo and new fans, 3 CPU heatsink. I overclocked, by presets provided by mobo bios. It ran little hot for a moment, but nothing major. Slowly after some weeks, PC has been crashing after some minutes. So please help me to solve this problem.

Ensure that there is not dust around CPU chip and reapply heatsink grease be sure to clean previous grease off heatsink and then check for dust on video card or elsewhere if real good blowing out don’t use vacuum utilize canned air.
