    Default XP can’t detect scanner

    I have installed XP in my PC and I connect my Canon LiDE 100 scanner. But the problem is this scanner didn’t detect in XP. So please provide me solution for this problem. Any help will be appreciated.

    Firstly ensure that Canon scanner is attached appropriately to PC. Again attach Canon scanner by taking out USB chord from USB port.

    I think you must check that proper drivers are installed for Canon LiDE 100 scanner in XP. If drivers and other related software of this Canon scanner are not installed then install them. Once all software’s are installed for this scanner restart PC. This will solve your problem.

    If drivers for this Canon LiDE 100 scanner are not friendly with XP then you must download and install driver software for it. This may solve your problem.
