On my computer I want to add an outgoing VPN connection. When I click on "Setup a new connection or network" under Network and Sharing, not anything goes on. Is it possible that some required service is turned off? I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 64bit operating system. Any help would be highly appreciated.
