Follow the instruction below:-

• Restart the PC & click the "F8" frequently until you see the higher boot menu appear.

• Choose the "Repair Your Computer" option and press the "Enter" key.

• Press the "Next" button and log in with the Windows user account that you use when you log in to the PC usually.

• Press on the "Dell Factory Image Restore" choice and then press "Next."
