Thread: My PC restart continually

I have desktop computer with windows XP operating system. One problem occurred after I copied data from pen drive my computer restart continuously. Please help me to get rid of this problem. Thanks in Advance.

Some setting in XP allows computer to reboot after error occurs in PC. Follow steps given below to fix the problem:

• Go to Start then open Control Panel

• Click Performance and Maintenance, go to System then Advanced Tab

• Click Settings in Startup and Recovery section

• After that Uncheck Automatically reboot the computer failure section. It will fix your problem.

This problem started when copied data from pen drive, this is happen because of virus on copied data. Try to scan your data with update antivirus program.
