Thread: How do I restore a driver by a backup?

Kind of a partially basic user and I don't wish for to confusion something up. I tried to install a new Epson Workforce 610 printer. The installation failed and at present I get Error when I try to add a printer. When I try to add as admin, it says me that ntprint.dll is experiencing an error. On my core C: drive, the ntprint.dll is empty 0kB. I contain a backup of ntprint.dll on my D: recovery drive... would I screw anything up by just copying it over? As well as I understand, I can't copy a system file, yet as an administrator any advice?

Use Revo to uninstall the drivers and everything will go fine. This permit install the all-in-one scanner, but the printer install yet fails since ntprint.dll is not so good. Revo is as well found an install of an HP printer that wasn't showing up in vista.
