Thread: Causes And Solutions On How To Fix or dump

I am having console with my HP Pavillion dv9700 Notebook PC. It may take 5 or 6 button pushings to get it to change on. The Restart selection just changes to off majority of the time. This does before and after a reinstallation of the OS. I took it to a shop and they said hey could find nothing wrong.Is there any kind of hope?

I'm guess that the failure-to-start happens even with AC power connected ?There is the possibilty that the battery is cut to the point that it's doing an overload of the power supply.And easy to prove take the battery out. Try to start it on AC power alone. Hope this will surely solve your problem.
