I suggest you following steps and then you can solve your problem. To do this, first right click on my computer, and after choosing Manage. Now you get another Windows and go to the store, and after click on Disk Management. Now when you click on Disk Management, you will get all the drivers with the drive letter. Now, choose Run, and after that right click it and select Change Drive Letter and Paths. Now here gives the drive letter and path, and after that you can acess your USB hard drive.
