Sandisk's Ultra solid-state drive is a small and comparatively cheap solid-state drive that would be excellent utilized as a Windows boot disk beside a conventional hard disk for your documents, or in a laptop where velocity and shock-resistance is more significant than capacity.

Unfortunately, we were not impressed through its function in our tries. Although its big documents function is excellent than most hard disks at 153.4MB/s entire, this is slower than many other solid-state drives, such as Patriot's Pyro SE

120GB. Little documents were written at a respectable 116.8MB/s, but read velocities nosedived to a so dumb 17MB/s – although SSDs tend to struggle when reading our little documents try, this is even remarkably poor.

Despite this patchy function the 120 gigabyte Ultra solid-state drive is even tempting due to its less cost each GB of 99p – the lowest we have seen now. However, if your Computer has SATA3 then you are much excellent off purchasing the slightly pricier Patriot Pyro SE 120 GB. Its long superior function creates it a much excellent budget SSD.
