Default Help me with my home built system

I built a new gaming rig. It worked perfectly up until the other day. Now when you press the power button it goes on for a second or two and then restarts. It doesn’t even get to the WinXP boot up screen! It just goes on and off. I’m thinking it’s the power supply but im not sure. What do you guys think? Here is a list of my computer components starting with the power supply.
    Thanks

Can you get to the BIOS or not, did you do anything to your computer recently (bios flash, new driver, new part, open it up and do some cable man, etc) and do go through shortstuffs checklist it will help, us eliminate stuff.

No it will not go to bios. It just turns on and off before anything else happens. I just got a replacement power supply so hopefully that is the issue.

No I didn’t do anything to the computer. I didn’t overclock it nothing and now I swapped out the power supply and its doing the same thing! Ideas? Suggestions? I also ripped out and tested the Ram sticks one at a time and that didn’t do. Now i'm starting to think it’s the motherboard or the CPU either of which is going to be a bitch to swap.

Reset the CMOS, using a jumper, (if there is no jumper I think you can just remove the battery), if you haven’t already done that.

Unplug and plug in all connections power, data, etc. (again if you haven’t already done it)

If you have a spare graphic card, cpu, or even motherboard try stuff out with that.

Did anything change with the new power supply?
